Dear researchers, the articles sent to this scientific journal must be compiled according to the writing guide below, otherwise the article will not be reviewed.
Guide to preparing an article for the Journal of Land Management
It is fixed in all types of articles and must be written in both Persian and English languages.
The title page contains the full title of the article, authors' names, email addresses, scientific addresses of the authors, and full contact information for the responsible author and declaration of conflict of interest. The position of the authors should be fully entered both in the authors' profile file and on the Aina authors' profile page. (for example: academic position, department, faculty, university, city, country)
The title of the article should not be repeated and published by another author in another article in the language of the magazine or any other language.
The title of the article should describe the study and refrain from mentioning formulas and abbreviations.
Under the title, the full name of the authors should be mentioned along with their academic degree, department, faculty, university and the city where the authors work. The responsible author (respondent) should be marked with an asterisk and his full details should be mentioned along with his e-mail address, fax number and mobile phone number.
Academic address including: research center, department, faculty, university, city, country
In writing and page layout of the article, it is necessary to pay attention to the following general principles:
The article must be written in A4 size and single column using Microsoft Office software version 2007 or higher.
The font of the article should be B lotus and the text size should be size 12. The headlines should be written in the same font and in the same size as the bold version. Line spacing should be considered single.
The rules of writing Persian language are observed and the use of foreign words that have an equivalent in Farsi should be avoided.
Page numbers should be inserted in the middle and bottom of the pages.
The number of tables, graphs and pictures should be proportional to the volume of the article.
Tables should be named with Iranian numbers, such as "Table 1-" and "Figure 1".
The contents of the tables and charts must be in English.
Persian numbers should be written with decimals (/) and English numbers with dots (0).
Each of the pictures, tables and diagrams must be placed in its place and within the text of the article.
Descriptions of tables, diagrams and pictures must be written in full.
Each image must be sent to the publication in JPEG or TIFF format with a resolution of at least 300 dpi.
Tables, graphs and figures should be numbered in order throughout the article.
Each table should have a title at the top of the table.
Each of the images and charts should have a title below them.
The intellectual property pledge form of the article should be signed by all the authors and registered in the article submission system. The author is responsible for the correctness of the signature of all authors.
* The abstract of the research paper contains a maximum of 300 words. Keywords 3-7 keywords from the vocabulary of the main topics are recommended and keywords should not be repeated from the title of the article.
* The abstract of the article must be sent in both Farsi and English, and the text of the English and Farsi abstracts must match.
In this part, the purpose of the article is stated and its importance and necessity are examined. The introduction includes 1. Background and explanation of the topic with references 2. The need to do research. 3. The unanswered questions that this research answers and how the results of this research can help to resolve the ambiguities. 4. Definition of specialized terms or scientific abbreviations. 5. The purpose of the research is clear.
It should be written in such a way that every reader can repeat the experience of the author of the article. In this section, the studied samples and their demographic characteristics, how to select the samples, how to collect information (for example, questionnaire), laboratory methods and equipment used, as well as the statistical methods of the study, entry and exit criteria, should be fully described.
The text of this part should be concise and clear. so as to examine all the variables and express a summary of the tables and graphs. If the data of a table is completely stated in the text of the article, refrain from bringing the table.Due to the limitation of the pages of the magazine, it is obvious that the repetition of the content presented in the text in the tables and vice versa should be avoided, the tables and graphs should be Persian and English. Photos, graphs and tables related to the article along with their descriptions should be identified in the text of the article with Persian and English numbering.
* At first, the result of the study is briefly stated. Of course, the items presented in the introduction and findings should not be repeated in detail in this section. In this part, the important aspects of the study are emphasized and while reviewing other articles in this field, comparing this study with other studies, the results will be compared and interpreted with the primary objectives of the study. The necessary suggestions should be presented and the strengths and weaknesses of the study should be stated.
At the end, the final conclusion and what has been added to science from this research are given in the limit of one paragraph.
* The authors should mention and acknowledge the centers or people who have been influential in the formation of the research. Also, if necessary, the sponsor of the research is mentioned in this section and is appreciated.
In addition, conflict of interest must be mentioned in the article.
When referring to numbers and values in the text, consider the following:
SI units system should be used in writing the article.
A blank space must be inserted between the quantity value and the unit. Example: 50 kN, not 50 kN
Length: meters (m), millimeters (mm), micrometers (µm), nanometers (nm)
Area: hectares (ha), square meters (m2)
Volume: cubic meters (m3), liters (L)
Mass: kilogram (kg), gram (g), milligram (mg), microgram (µg), nanogram (ng)
Yield: kg per hectare (kg ha-1), liters per hectare (L ha-1)
Energy: joules (J), joules per square meter (J/m2), watts per square meter (W/m2)
Pressure: megapascal (MPa)
Temperature: degrees Celsius
Sweating: millimoles (water) per square meter per second (mmol m-2 s-1)
Photosynthesis: micromoles (CO2) per square meter per second (µmol m-2 s-1)
Concentration: grams per liter (g/L), moles per liter (mol/L), millimoles per liter (mmol/L), micromoles per liter.
(µmol/L), nanomol per liter (nmol/L)
The following points must be observed in the Chinese characters of relationships and mathematical equations:
Vectors and matrices: in bold and non-italic
Numbers, parentheses, square brackets and braces: normal
Mathematical functions: in lowercase letters and in normal form.
Use Microsoft Equation or Math Type software to write relationships.
All mathematical relationships must be numbered.
Mathematical relationships should be set in the middle or left. The number of the relation should be placed on the right side of the relation and with proper and uniform spacing throughout the text.
The percentage sign is to the left of the numbers. If the integers in the text are less than 10, that number is written in letters, such as four or seven, if it is 10 or greater than 10, it is written in numbers, such as 46 or 13.
To specify decimal numbers in Farsi, check mark (/) is used, for example 12/4, and in English, dot is used.
When writing an article in Persian language, the problem of using semi-spaces may arise. For example, the word "articles" could be mistakenly written with full spaces, such as: theses, or theses.* Half space has many uses for writing in Persian language.
* The symbols used in the relationships, figures and tables of the article must be defined and sorted in the order of the English alphabet and then the Latin alphabet.
* The title of the article and abstract in English must correspond to the Persian abstract. After the abstract, between three and five words should be included as keywords that are not repeated in the title.
